Each table had to show a ticket their table card to be allowed to grab a box. Then they are transfered to pallets for people to pick up. In the back is a box truck filled with live crawfish. Yes live. Those get dumped onto a hopper that fill a huge strainer bin. That bin gets dropped into a dumpster sized bin of boiling Old Bay water. When done, a crane removes the crawfish bin and dumps it onto another hopper. From there, the workers fill boxes with 50 pounds of crawfish. crawfish08
