Ok so this one is SUPER easy to do… And delicious. And don’t freak out about the bacon, a little bit is okay. It adds a lot of flavor and compliments the rosemary very nicely.
And again…the pic was taken with my iPhone. And I didn’t take a fancy plated picture either, forgot to do that. So what you’re seeing is picture of the meal right after I heated it up…on Friday…and I made this on Sunday. So as you can see, these meals do hold up during the week.
Ingredients
Chicken Breasts
Pack of Bacon
Bag of Frozen Green Beans
Box of Brown Rice
Fresh or dried rosemary
Salt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle a little olive oil in the bottom of a casserole dish and place chicken. Top with rosemary, salt, pepper and whatever other spices you’d like. Bake for 30 minutes
Meanwhile cook bacon and then let cool, then chop. Cook brown rice according to directions. Then add green beans and mix together. The heat from the rice will defrost the green beans.
